I was traveling for work and staying at a hotel in Colorado Springs, something I’ve done regularly for the past two years. Unfortunately, this time I had a horrible and unexpected experience when someone smashed the front passenger-side window of my car to break in. After calling around for quotes to replace the window, I was honestly shocked by how expensive most of them were. Thankfully, someone recommended Auto Glass Ninja. Not only were their prices much better than everyone else’s, but their availability also worked perfectly with my schedule. I was lucky enough to get Logan as my technician. He was incredibly sympathetic and compassionate about the situation, which meant a lot given how stressful and frustrating the whole experience was. He called ahead of my appointment with an estimated arrival time and then called again about 20 minutes before he arrived, which I really appreciated. My window was completely shattered, with glass everywhere. Logan took the time to carefully remove as much glass as possible from inside the door and even vacuumed the remaining glass from inside the car. His attention to detail really stood out. Logan was professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that brought me there, I’m very grateful for the great service. I had a really great experience this was my first windshield replacement. Logan was awesome really nice and took his time with the replacement while also being speedy i believe it took about an hour maybe a few less but he got it done and got me on the road again. Would definitely recommend and will contact again if ever need another windshield replace.
